This production line is capable of producing 7000 tons of cake products.
The line includes depositors, steam tunnel, oil spray, automatic depanner and multiple systems to assure consistent product quality.
It is made with the highest hygiene and clean-ability standards.
The S&S SSB-2000 line produces multiple product formats, including muffins, snack cakes, cake donuts and has a capacity of up to 45’000 pieces per hour.
The depositors, oil spray, steam tunnel and depanner can be easily modified for different product formats.
